About this website
This website describes Kosmos, a service of Saccura Group (T) Ltd. It is information, not an offer. A price or a service becomes binding only when we agree it with you in writing.
Services we provide today
Websites, hosting, search work, listings, ratings support and ongoing care are provided under a written quote or agreement with you. Prices are agreed in shillings before we start. If this website and your agreement differ, your agreement applies.
Products in development
Pages for products marked "In development" describe what we plan to build. They can change, and they are not a promise of features or dates. Joining an early-access list is not a contract.
Reviews, ratings and rankings
We help you earn genuine reviews by asking your guests. We do not write, buy or fake reviews, and we will refuse to. We cannot guarantee a ranking, a rating or a number of bookings, because search engines and listing sites make those decisions under their own rules.
Names of other companies
Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, Google, WhatsApp, TATO, IATA and the Tanzania Tourist Board are names of other organisations. Mentioning them does not mean we are partners with them or endorsed by them, unless we say so in writing.
Your content
You keep the rights to your photographs, text, guest data and other material. You give us permission to use it only to deliver the service you asked for, and you confirm you have the right to give it.
Money
Kosmos does not hold, move or settle your money. Payments go to your own accounts. Where a Kosmos product records payments, it records what happened. It does not receive the funds.
Our responsibility
We take care in what we do and we will tell you plainly if something goes wrong. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability for a service is set out in your agreement for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
