Built by people who already run this for Tanzania.
Kosmos is new. The team and the systems behind it are not. Kosmos is built by Sakura, a Tanzanian technology company that runs hosting, domains, messaging and payment records for businesses across the country.
What stands behind Kosmos.
SakuraHost
Hosting, email and domains. We look after 819 domains held by 628 businesses, and we are an accredited .tz registrar with 722 .tz domains registered through us (TZNIC, October 2026).
Sakura SMS
Our messaging platform: SMS and WhatsApp, with delivery tracking. It is what will send booking confirmations, payment reminders and review requests.
SakuraPay
The reconciliation we run for our own business: mobile money and bank payments matched to invoices. We do not hold anyone else's money.
Support that answers
A real person, in English and Swahili, on WhatsApp and email. It is why customers stay, and it is how Kosmos will work too.
