Who we are
Kosmos is a service of Saccura Group (T) Ltd. In this policy, "we" means that company. You can reach us at support@sakurahost.co.tz.
What this website collects
This website does not ask you to create an account, and today it uses no analytics and no advertising cookies.
Like any website, our server receives what your browser sends, such as your IP address and the pages you open. The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser also asks Google for the font files, and Google receives your IP address when it does. If we add analytics or anything else that tracks visits, we will tell you on this page first.
What you send us
When you message us on WhatsApp, write to us, or join an early-access list, you give us your name, contact details, website address, business details and whatever you write. We use it to reply, to review your website, and to tell you about the product you asked about. We do not use it for anything unrelated.
WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp and through our own messaging platform, where we keep the conversation so that anyone on our team can help you with full context.
Who sees it
Our team, and the providers we need to run the service, such as email, messaging and hosting. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to help you, and to meet legal and accounting duties. Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it in a way you object to. Write to support@sakurahost.co.tz. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Tanzania.
Guest and booking data in Kosmos products
When a Kosmos product holds your guests' or customers' data, that data belongs to you. You decide how it is used, and we process it only to provide the service. Each product will publish how it handles data before it opens.
Changes
When we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use what you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
